Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. Pictures of the items are encouraged so we can assess the problem and accurately accommodate you.

Defective items may qualify for replacement if Bunny Moon Shop is contacted within 14 days of delivery date.
