Orders are no longer our responsibility once they are out of our possession. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer; please contact your local post office to inquire, as we cannot do this for you. Bunny Moon Shop is not responsible for packages delivered with mistyped or invalid addresses. 

***International Shipping: Shipping time takes 1-3 weeks after it is shipped. Customer is liable for Customs Taxes and Fees if any.***
